In a recent Instagram promo post, Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan, wears Adidas’ new NMD_V3 line of originals. This is Khan’s first social media endorsement to date. He also shared his favorites from the collection on his Instagram page, which currently has 2.1 million followers. The NMD_V3 line was released two weeks ago and the brand first tapped Ranveer Singh for its promotion. They also used a few other Instagram influencers for promotion. The post on Adidas’ Instagram handle with Aryan Khan as the model surpassed the traction that posts with Ranveer Singh generated in just one day and received more interaction with the masses. The post posted by Khan himself drew over 4.46 lakh likes on Instagram within a day. The heavy commitment drawn by the posts can be taken as an indication that while this may be Khan’s first brand endorsement, it may not be the last. “Breathable. Comfortable. Made with recycled materials. It’s a yes to all three. Plus there’s the styling, like the perforated details, which is also where that breathability comes in. Playing with transparency, the 3-Stripes layer over the perforations, letting them peek through under the monochrome signature,” said the company in the description of the new shoe line. This is the brand’s third release in the NMD series, which it first introduced in 2015.
