Adidas is hiring candidates for Manager-Digital Activation Originals & Style post in their Gurgaon.
Responsibilities
Strategically plan and drive social media platforms in accordance with emerging market guidelines
Plan, implement and develop adidas India social media channels including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram
Work in tandem with DPC teams to plan and implement social media campaigns across adidas India social media channels
Promote sharing of best practices in emerging markets and other social media accounts
In partnership with DPC analytics, measure and track annual channel growth goals (followers, engagement, consumer experience, etc.) based on global frameworks and prepare reports for global functions
Collaborate with BOS and Originals teams to oversee the planning and execution of social media campaigns
Work closely with the DPC Director to ensure that the operation, expansion and execution of the partnership program fits into the bigger picture [Market] CPD scheme
Work on the DPC marketing strategy with the channel team and help us optimize our spend on these platforms and achieve strong brand presence and rankings.
Qualifications
University degree in business, marketing or equivalent
7+ years of professional experience in digital media/marketing, including 2+ years in social media and content/influencer marketing
Experience in the sportswear industry is a plus
Knowledge of the local digital and e-commerce landscape
Strong communication skills, ability to convince and motivate people at different seniority levels and communicate change
Strong command and understanding of social listening and social management tools
Experience working in cross-functional environments with a diverse set of stakeholders
Good project management skills, including the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in digital project management and agile delivery methods is a plus
Spirit of innovation, encouragement of change and personal ownership
Understanding of collaborative business approaches in the online world
Understanding of retailer business processes and metrics
Understanding of retailer financial metrics (sales, inventory, margin, returns, etc.)
Fluent English, both spoken and written
