EA recently unveiled a mini three-card version for its new Adidas 99 Numbers Up promo in FIFA 22, and fans have now responded to the game’s latest drop.

Players have already expressed reservations about the Adidas promo in the game, and it looks like it has now grown into total hatred for the latest promo in the game.

The three players who were released among the Copa, Predator, and X cards look impressive at first glance, but veteran FUT players don’t.

The general feeling, especially on the r / FIFA subreddit, is that the Adidas 99 Numbers Up promo is a complete waste of time.

Some players have even said on social media that they have no plans to open any packs during the promotion, which is not very good for EA or for selling FIFA Points on the FUT system.

The three maps that have been released are as follows:

  • Fabian CM – 84 overall (Copa Card)
  • Di Maria RW – 89 overall (X Card)
  • Alli CAM – 85 overall (Predator Card)

While these cards have decent combinations and the chance to make decent teams in the game, players on r / FIFA just aren’t impressed at all.

One Redditor noted that this was because fans were “demanding” new content all the time, and in their opinion EA was working to release new types of cards as quickly as possible.

They said, “Well, that’s what happens when people are constantly asking for new content. They can’t release amazing cards in every promotion or else we would have TOTY level cards in November.

“I remember in FIFA 18 and 19 the promos actually looked special and exciting because they weren’t constantly going on and then the players asked for more promos, which is what we are getting now.”

Another Redditor would claim that the Promo itself is not really aimed at “hardcore” gamers. They said, “You don’t have to [a] Well [promo]. This promotion is for kids who play soccer and think their dribbling will improve if they get the Adidas shoes from Santa Claus or whatever.

“Honestly, it’s confusing that people don’t understand what Adidas and EA are doing here. It has nothing to do with the game. It doesn’t matter if it’s a good promo or not. EA sells packs anyway.

“Put Neymar in ToTW and next week Mbappe and the money keeps pouring in. This promo is just one more thing. Nothing more, nothing less and you can be sure that both parties benefit in some way. of another.

Either way, it’s clear the online fan base isn’t huge on EA’s and Adidas’ big new Promo.
