Me and My Golf has announced the launch of a new initiative to bring more golfers into the game by offering free online lessons to 1 million beginners over the next 5 years.
PGA coaches Piers Ward and Andy Proudman – the team behind Me and My Golf – launched their new initiative, Mission to a Million, at the 150th Open Championship at the Adidas Open House at Fairmont, St Andrews, and comes following the launch of their most recent announcement of their golf training aid products.
Adidas has joined as a presenting partner of Mission to a Million, to ensure the campaign can reach as many potential golfers around the world as possible. Mission to a Million is the first program of its kind that aims to stimulate the participation of newcomers to the sport via online coaching.
As part of the campaign, Me And My Golf has made its groundbreaking digital coaching plan “How To Play Golf Level 1 – The Basics” (RRP $99) available to beginner golfers completely free of charge, in addition to a range events, campaigns and initiatives will be announced during the campaign period.
