PLAY offers limited half-price deals on international flights from Boston

Iceland-based PLAY, which began flying from Logan Airport in May, is celebrating the anniversary of its first flight with a flash sale this weekend.

PLAY is offering 50% off select international flights from Boston, Baltimore and New York. Flights must be purchased between June 24 and June 26 at midnight EST.

The half discount is valid on the following flights:

• To Paris, Berlin, Copenhagen, London and Dublin on Saturdays between September 3 and November 11; November 26 and December 10; and January 21, 2023 and March 25, 2023
• To Brussels on Mondays between Sept. 5 and Oct. 24.
• To Iceland on Saturdays between September 9 and November 11.
• In Liverpool on Sundays between Oct. 9 and November 11; December 4 and 11; and Jan. 8 and Mar. 26, 2023

The sale price includes all mandatory fees, taxes and transportation costs.

The airline says its “pay for what you need” model keeps fares affordable. Passengers receive a personal item but pay extra for upgrades such as checked baggage, meals, extra legroom, etc.
